Returns & Exchanges Policy
EXCHANGES:

Items that you want to exchange would depend on if we have the inventory in stock. We will exchange your items for a size smaller or larger as long as it is of equal or lesser value. We will ship your item exchange item back to you for free.

Make sure to include your invoice from your package, unworn, free of smoke, or perfumes, with all tags and the “returns band” attached for up to 30 days of the purchase date.

If an item has been exchanged already once, it cannot be exchanged again or returned again.

You cannot exchange shoes for a dress, or dresses for earrings, etc. Please email us at

To find out if we have your item in stock in a different size or color, and if available for exchange.

If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is non refundable.


RETURNS:

For items to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn, free of smoke, lotions, or perfumes, with all tags and the “returns band” attached and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. You do not have to provide an explanation as unto why you are sending it back.


ALL SHOE RETURNS are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be refused on shoes that appear to have been worn or used. We would recommend that you try on shoes on a soft-plush surface to avoid the appearance of wear.

If any item purchased at www.clubwearcentral.com fails to meet your expectations:
It may be returned by mail to our address for a refund of the item. Pending all criteria of the returned merchendise falls in line with the Return policy stated here. Shipping is non-refundable and purchaser (you) will have to pay to ship it back.

to receive an Return Authorization Number (RA#) To place on the outside of your box.
You will then receive the returns address as well.





Electronics: Returns for this specific category which would include: Hair Irons, and Flat we accept returns for this category for defective item(s) only. Returns are accepted within 14 days from shipped date. If the returned item(s) is not deemed defective or the correct item(s) was shipped, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return. Item must be in all original packaging as well.


ClubWearCentral.com will not accept returns for any costumes ordered between October 14th and November 16th. Costumes ordered during this time may be exchanged for a different size only. Size must be exchanged before October 26th. ClubWearCentral will not accept returns on Holiday items ordered between November 20th and December 28th. No exceptions.

The refund will be reflected in your balance within 7 to 14 business days from the date we email you that we have processed your return but depending upon your credit card company's processing speed it may take up to one full billing cycle.

We send all packages via USPS and recommend sending items back to us using USPS with tracking as you are responsible for insuring the package's return.

Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date your item is mailed back for us to email you when your return or exchange has been processed.



Please return your order with a COPY of the original invoice. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the copy of the original invoice. Please write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
